Class description
Wednesdays & Fridays 09:00-10:00 60- minute Pilates Mat class via the zoom platform. Drop into a morning class or purchase a recorded class to practice in your own time. This will be sent in a link via email. Levels and modifications are thoughtfully considered throughout the class, making the class inclusive for all. I often use blocks, resistance bands, soft balls and weights to enhance, support and challenge. This also keep things fresh and interesting. Props can be improvised with cushions, pillows, books and water bottles. Class plans are varied every week with themed objectives such as spine health and mobility, hip strength and opening, balance and proprioception, posture, core stability, upper body strength to name but a few. I teach both classical and evolved repertoire. You will move through stretches, flow through sequences, hold poses, practice lifts and balance on wobbly balls. You will come away feeling toned, flexible, lengthened, balanced, improved mood and a deeper sense of wellbeing and happiness. Log in on Wednesdays or Saturdays or both at 9am. Or purchase an on demand recording. Please note, all on demand recordings expire after 10 days.
